Refund policy

You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return or an exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect original condition, with tags still attached.

If the return is approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For exchanges, TSUMI covers the reshipment costs for orders delivered within the United States and Canada only.

Sale items or products purchased with a promo code can be exchanged but are not refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at info@tsumiclothing.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.

1. Requirements

Please note that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges unless approved by our customer service team.

Refunds are issued once the returned products have cleared our inspection.

An item is eligible for cancellation if:

- You submit a return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status; or

- The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment without notification; or

- The ordered item is out of stock.

- The items follow return criterias: unworn, unwashed, and in perfect original condition, with tags still attached.

2. We Accept Returns If

You received a product different from your order; or

You received a defective product.

3. Return Instructions

Submit a return request within 3 days of receipt, attaching photos of the item(s) and including the order number and reason for return.

A customer service representative will contact you for assistance.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Even defective or incorrect items must be returned with all tags and labels intact and in original packaging.

Include all contents of the original package and any free gifts (if applicable).

Shipping fees for returns caused by our fault will be covered by TSUMI.

4. Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns if:

- You changed your mind about the size, color, or fit;

- The products are damaged due to mishandling;

- Your return request was not approved by our team.

- You made an order of a same product but with different sizes just to check the fit.

The following are not considered defects:

- Minor creases from shipping;

- Manufacturing variations typical of mass production;

- Items originally produced without tags or labels.

5. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact our customer service within 1 day of delivery.

Keep all original packaging and materials until further instructions are provided.

We may not be able to process a refund for missing items if packaging materials are lost or damaged.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days once your return or cancellation is approved.

Depending on your credit card issuer’s billing schedule, your refund may appear in the following billing cycle.
